Money Manager v. 2.5

Unzip the package and upload to your server.

Please open db.php from folder includes. changes below with your MySQL database connection

$dbuser="root";   //user to access your database
$dbpassword="";  //password to access your database
$dbname="money_manager";  //name of database
$dbhost="localhost"; //your database server

Please Import database.sql from folder DB to your MySQL server.

In this featured is going to add income and expense money.

 

To add a entry of income transaction, click  Transactions. 
The income Form will look like this:
 

 

Income

Name : Fill out with name of income

Amount : amount income

Category : The category of this transaction. (You can modify categories from incomes -> manage Categories)

Account : Type of money ex. cash, Credit Card.

Date : Date of transaction income

Description : put some description to Income

 

 

To add a entry of expense transaction, click  Transactions. 

The expense Form will look like this:
 

Expense

Name : Fill out with name of expense

Amount : amount out money

Category : expense category name (You can modify categories from expense-> manage Categories)

Account : Type of money ex. cash, Credit Card.

Date : Date of expense transaction

Description : put some description expense

On Money Manager you can manage budget for current month.

To add a entry of budget transaction, click  incomes-> manage budgets. 
The budgets Form will look like this:

Budget for category: Choose budget for category ex. food

Amount : Amount budget for current month

 

Budget on Progress

Budget on progress is a featured to track your budget for current month.

Out: How much money you already spent current month

Remaining Budget : How much money remaining budget current month

Report will look like this:

Expense Category

Expense category is a feature on money manager to manage your own category for expense. 

To add/edit a entry of Expense category, You can go to Expense->expense Category to manage Expense category.
The category Form will look like this:
 
 
Search: You can search category based on name category.

Income Category

Income category is a feature on money manager to manage your own category for Income. 

To add/edit a entry of Income category, You can go to Incomes->Income Category to manage Income category.
The category Form will look like this:
 
Search: You can search category based on name category.

 

The Application will generate following Income reports Statement: reports statement will be generated based on transactions in this account. You can go to Incomes-> Reports
 
 
Reports by Date: This page will generate reports based on specific date. Here you will be able to see transactions made in this date. Total Income in this date,.
 
Assets by account Reports: income balance Reports will be shown here. 
 
Income Reports: A summary of Income  will be shown here.

To change settings account, click  settings
The budgets Form will look like this:

Settings can use to manage account. In settings can change FirstName, LastName, Password, And currency.

Please change your password if wanna change account settings.

This section just for updating application if you already bought the previous version

Version 2.5 have a new features to see report in CSV/Excel file

In new version 2.5 just copy 2 new file ExpensesReportCsv.php and IncomeReportCsv.php to folder "pages"

If you already translate your application to your language, please open includes/notification.php and add new line 45 and 46

$DownloadExpenseCSV 	= "Download Expense CSV";   
$DownloadIncomeCSV 		= "Download Income CSV"; 

Dont forget to translate the two item to your language

I spent a lot of time on this thing. Nevertheless it's still not finished. I like to improve it wherever I can and appreciate your feedback.
